Nancie McLaughlin

Producer/Executive Director

Nancie McLaughlin holds a degree in Business Administration and an MA in Education. She is co-owner and operator of McLaughlin Studios and works tirelessly to bring the best in arts education to the community. She is proud of her staff and students and looks forward to each performance that showcases the talents of everyone involved.
Greg McLaughlin

Music Director/Conductor

Greg McLaughlin is a graduate of Sac State with a masters in music. He is co-owner of McLaughlin Studios and a faculty member of Sierra College Music Department. He is director of instrumental music, and general music studies. Greg’s good nature and intense musical prowess make him the perfect combination of educator, mentor and music guru.
Natalie Quilici

Director/Choreographer

Natalie Quilici, a South Bay local who has a passion for creativity and movement invention. Favorite projects she has worked on include Vision Dance and The Drowsy Chaperone, and is excited to create with MTC productions.
Ashlianna Petretti

Assistant Director

Ashlee is so excited to be back on the directing team here at Mclaughlin. She spent the last 8 months with The Young Americans, a touring performing arts organization that puts on professional shows at La Mirada Theater and travels the world. Ashlee has been performing for over 10 years, has been with MTC since their first show, and loves being able to give back to the studio that helped her start her career as a performer and teacher!
