Ms. Jackie Martin (Director) Jackie is delighted to direct her third show at Montini Catholic! This is her first year teaching English and Speech full-time at Montini and second year directing the MCHS Theatre Program. She graduated with a B.S. in Elementary Education from Loyola University Chicago and has been awarded Loyola's Presidential Medallion Award and the School of Education Dean's Award for her dedication to teaching. She has also graduated with her Master's Degree in Theatre Directing from the Chicago College of Performing Arts within Roosevelt University this past spring. Jackie has directed the Summer Theatre Program at St. Francis High School and the St. Isaac Jogues School Theatre Program for six years. She is a proud member of the Illinois Theatre Association. Past directorial credits include Newsies, Clue, Into the Woods, Mary Poppins, Radio Plays, Frozen, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, All Shook Up, The Lion King, and Elf the Musical. Many thanks to the Montini students and staff for making her feel so welcome in this great community!
Mr. Donnie Glowinski (Music Director) Mr. Glow is thrilled to be a part of another Montini Performance! This is his 10th show that he has been a part of and is looking forward to hearing the students on stage. Music helps bring a show to life and certainly makes his life more joyful. He hopes you enjoy Montini's production of Peter and the Starcatcher!
Mr. Charlie Brewick (Set Designer) Charlie is glad to be back at Montini designing sets. He’s been working with Montini Theatre for the last few years designing the sets for All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten, Newsies, and Clue. He’s previously worked on sets at Saint Rita High School in productions such as And Then There Were None, Robin Hood, You Can’t Beat the House, and A Christmas Carol. He’s also designed The Importance Of Being Ernest, The Man Who Came to Dinner, Screams in the Night, A Far Country, and Grandmother’s Candy.
Mr. Jeff Nowicki (Set Designer) Jeff is thrilled to work with Montini Catholic on their production of Peter and the Starcatcher. Creating theatrical sets, which allow the cast and audience to become one while they enjoy the production, is such a joy. Past productions include Newsies, Clue, Into the Woods, Seussical, Fiddler on the Roof, Shrek, Legally Blonde, Rumors, Little Shop of Horrors, Mary Poppins, Blithe Spirit, Beauty and the Beast, Addams Family, The Glass Menagerie (IHSA Theatre Fest Selection 2019), High School Musical, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Bye Bye Birdie, You Can't Take it With You, West Side Story, Les Miserables, Wizard of Oz, Sister Act, Anything Goes, Beauty and the Beast Jr., Frozen Jr., Twelve Angry Jurors, I'll Never See Another Butterfly, and the Divine Providence School Live Haunted House.
Mrs. Beth DiMarco (Costume Designer) Beth is thrilled to be working with the Montini Theatre Program again as their costume designer. She loves working with costumes and seeing the show brought to life. She was previously the director of the program for the 20-21 school year and directed All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten that spring. Additionally, she was the theater director at St. Rita High School for three years. Beth is involved in the Theater of Western Springs and has designed costumes for several productions. Congrats to all of the cast and crew on a great production!
