Tyla Harris is an Afro-Caribbean Latina born, raised, and creatively crafted in Atlanta, GA. Tyla is a multi-hyphenate, most-notably recognized for her decade of work as an actress onscreen in commercial, television, and film, starring in various projects such as “For Life” (ABC/Hulu), “Six” (History), “Tales” (BET), “Fantasy Football” (Nickelodeon), “Coins for Christmas” (BET), and more. With a Bachelors in Political Science (concentration in International Affairs) and over a decade in the entertainment industry, Tyla focuses her artistry on community driven projects, producing, writing, and directing entertainment aimed at uplifting diverse communities while pushing the conversation on sociopolitical evolution through kindness and consideration. Toney Goins
Director
Toney Goins, a Philadelphia native, made a name for himself by winning local theater awards for Best Choreographer in 2012, '13, and '14. In 2018, he graduated from The Juilliard School for Drama and received the Career Advancement Grant upon graduation. He made his New York acting debut in the Off-Broadway production of Toni Stone. He then transitioned to film and television where he can be seen on the ABC series For Life, The Russo Brothers' film Cherry, and the SHOWTIME series Billions, in which he is a series regular. Other theater credits include Dave Harris’ play Exception to the Rule with Roundabout Underground. Toney is excited to be making his directorial debut with Bammy an’ Buxom!
