Elijah Carnazzo
as Abram / Paris
Born and raised in Pacific Grove, Elijah first performed on stage at the Forest Theater in Wizard of Oz (2008) and Oliver! (2009), making this production of Romeo and Juliet a meaningful return to where it all began. His screen credits include Winter Island (2024) and season one of Penelope (Netflix, 2024). This spring, he will perform trombone in the pit orchestra for MPC’s Seussical (2026). Elijah is thrilled to play Paris in his debut production with New Canon Theatre Company.

Natalie Farrell
as Georgina / Paige
Natalie Farrell (she/her) is based in California and New York, splitting her time making music, theater, and poetry. She trained at UC Santa Cruz and holds her MA in Performing Arts. She’s acted for Placer Repertory, Overdue Theatre, Lake County, National Women’s Festival, Pint Sized Plays, Inferno, Townhall, Bootstrap, Mendocino College, Sacramento City College, Saddleback College, and UCSC. She’s taught at CalShakes, Berkeley Playhouse, Léman Manhattan Preparatory, Stratford, and California Weekly Explorer. Natalie has two singles released, two books of poetry published, and a one-act play, Blushing Violet. Natalie is represented by MMG, ITA, and Models Inc.

J. Matthew Gordon*
as Mercutio
J. (Justin) Matthew Gordon is an actor, director, producer, and Co-founder and Artistic Director of New Canon Theatre Co. He trained in England at Shakespeare’s Globe and with the RSC and holds a MFA in Acting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. For New Canon, he has been seen as Iago in Othello, Macbeth, as well as Benedick in Much Ado About Nothing (Broadway World Nominee: Best Actor). He has also appeared at North Coast Repertory Theatre, Pacific Repertory Theatre, San Jose Stage Company, the Utah Shakespeare Festival, the Krannert Center, Cornerstone Theater Company, L.A. Theatre Ensemble, REDCAT, Rogue Music Theatre, and freeFall Theatre Company. Screen work includes "Absentia," "Oculus," "Before I Wake," "Gehenna," "The Fearway," and the Amazon series "Age of the Living Dead."
