    Director/Choreographer

    Emma has been involved in the performing arts for over twenty years! She found theatre at the age of eight when she was in a production of The Wizard of Oz! She started performing professionally by age ten and was living and working as a child in New York City by the time she was twelve! She studied acting with Ann Ratray and has performed alongside Tony nominees Beth Fowler and Dee Hoty in the NYC production of The Night of the Hunter! Regional favorites include Annie in Annie at West Virginia Public Theatre. While she is thankful for her adventures as a performer, her favorite role includes being a mother to Ellison and Cedar-Kate and being a mentor to all of the students who come through the doors of Opening Act Performing Arts!     Hadley Collins

    Stage Manager

    Hadley Collins is excited for her second show with Opening Act Performing Arts. From Lexington Kentucky, she is a vocal music graduate of SCAPA and is currently a sophomore at Centre College double majoring in religion studies and politics and minoring in music. Hadley has enjoyed being involved in theatre since the age of 9, performing and working behind the scenes in over 15 productions. Recent credits include Stage Managing Frozen Jr with Opening Act, working as a Technical Apprentice with The Lexington Theatre Company's 2024 summer productions of Fiddler on the Roof and Jersey Boys, and Assistant Stage Managing last fall for Centre’s production of Hamlet. When not stage managing, she enjoys serving on the executive team of the College Democrats of Kentucky and spending time with her sisters at the Kappa Kappa Gamma house!

  • Casey Tibbles head shot

    Casey Tibbles

    Music Director

    Dr. Casey Tibbles is a professor of voice at Centre College and maintains a private studio in Danville where she works with all ages. Dr. Tibbles has her DMA in voice performance and pedagogy from the University of Kentucky. She has performed in concert venues all over the world! Since moving to Danville, Dr. Tibbles has been active in local theatre, both as a performer, and as a musical director. At West T. Hill she has performed in and music directed several shows. As well as a few at Ragged Edge. She is excited to be a part of Opening Acts production of 13! The Musical Jr.
