Harper Atkins

Harper Atkins is thrilled to work on their first show, Newsies, this year. They have always loved theater but also art and tech so being on the crew was perfect. They wish to be on stage soon as well. They send thanks to their friend, Anika for sticking with them and to their sibling, Raine Atkins, who set an example and introduced them to the wonderous world of fine arts.

Eva Barkalova

Eva Barkalova is excited to be working on Disney’s Newsies Jr. as a part of stage tech. She is currently the 7th-grade co-president. Additionally, Eva is on the JV track and field team. She was on the Science Olympiad team earlier this year. In addition, she was recently representing Ravenscroft on their Battle of the Books team.

Alaina Brown

Alaina is excited to be working in Crew for Newsies. She is in 6th grade and has been doing stage makeup and lighting in the plays Little Red Riding Hood, Alice in Wonderland, and a few other vignette plays. She plays several sports and swims competitvely year round. She has been to the Junior Olympics and State Championships for swimming. She is also on Peer Council.

Cameron Gordon

Crew Supervisor

Cameron Gordon is excited to be on the stage crew in this year’s production of Newsies Jr. as a 7th grade student! This is his second production after enjoying working with lights and set pieces in Ravenscroft’s production of Footloose the Musical. Cameron is first chair Alto Saxophone in the Middle School Band and likes doing robotics in his free time. He hopes you enjoy the show!!!

Anika LeCheminant

Anika Le Cheminant is very excited to be part of the crew for the musical Newsies Jr. She is in 6th grade and doesn't have much theater experience but is happy to help. She enjoys making things and is a hard worker. She loves the style and props for Newsies Jr. Anika loves watching musicals and loves crew even more. She is looking forward to be part of crew in 7th grade too.
