Right-Center-Left Production Company

 ABOUT THE CAST

  • Steve Connell head shot

    Steve Connell

    as Norman Thayer, Jr.

Steve Connell is pleased to be back performing with RCLPC Theater, where he appeared as Grandpa in "You Can’t Take It With You" in 2015 and was seen (briefly) as the cook in last year’s "Hello Dolly!" Steve has played Scrooge for many years at the Metropolis PAC in Arlington Heights, at Steel Beam Theatre in St. Charles and at the Woodstock Opera House. Other favorite roles have been Henry in "The Fantasticks," Atticus in "To Kill a Mockingbird," Don Quixote in "Man of La Mancha" and Alan Swann in "My Favorite Year." A retired physics teacher, Steve currently serves as President/Founder/Producer at RCLPC Theater in Crystal Lake, where he also proudly lives with his lovely (and supportive!) wife Amy.

  • Dawn Gerth head shot

    Dawn Gerth

    as Ethel Thayer

I have been interested in theater for such a long time. High school's "The Skin of Our Teeth," UW's "Ah, Wilderness" and "Pictures in the Hallway," and Stroller Theater's "The Women" were some of my favorites. After moving to Illinois, I worked with Char While at Harvard Players and for the last few years I have been running the Get Lit(erature) series for WS Rep. Now that I've retired from Le Petit Marche, I am enjoying working with Gina and this great group of people to bring you "On Golden Pond."

  • Paul Lockwood head shot

    Paul Lockwood

    as Charlie Martin

Paul Lockwood, making his RCLPC debut, moved to Woodstock over 16 years ago. Since then, he's been in 30+ shows in McHenry County, most recently acting in WMTC's "9 to 5: The Musical," "A Christmas Carol," and "Into the Woods." He also participates in GET LIT(erary) dramatic readings in Crystal Lake, writes Northwest Herald theatre reviews, and crafts a monthly Woodstock Independent column ("A Musing"). Paul is a punster, so he must tell you that: 1) His character’s a mailman – he hopes you appreciate his delivery; 2) He's not a psycho, though "Norman baits" him; and 3) While other parts have more lines, this isn't a small role – he's a "Maine character."
