Becky Lillie Woods - Artistic Director
Becky is the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of RCT. She has a Master of Arts in Teaching Music from Lehman College and a BFA in Musical Theatre from Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. Ms Woods has directed over 50 shows with youth performers. Among her Directing credits: Beauty and the Beast,You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown, Dear Edwina, Seussical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Les Miserables. Under her direction, the Riverdale Children's Theatre has been recognized as one of the nation's top children's theatre companies by both American Towns Media and Backstage Magazine. Many of her students have gone on be accepted to many of the top theatre and music programs in the country, such as Wagner College, Ithica College, AMDA and Hartt School of Music. In 2015 Becky was nominated for TONY Awards" Excellence in Theater" education award.

Anna Dropiewska - Costume Designer
Anna has designed, sewed and painted original costumes for Once on This Island, Oliver, Into The Woods, The Little Mermaid, You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown, and The Wizard of Oz. She loves working with kids and creating "one of a kind" masterpieces for Riverdale Children's Theatre. She is originally from Poland and has a background in Architecture.

Alda Homan - Costume Coordinator
has been costume coordinator for Riverdale Children's Theatre for the past 8 years. Shows include Shrek, Into the Woods, Annie, Peter Pan and Beauty and the Beast. She is happy to be working on Cinderella! Alda has a degree in Early Childhood Education and a Masters in Special Education.

Karissa Leonardo - Production Assistant
Karissa has been working backstage with RCT since Jungle Book Jr. She’s also been in shows as an actress but once she graduated, she knew she wanted to continue to work with RCT. She’s gone from being a production assistant/spotlight operator to flying operator for Peter Pan to being a director’s assistant for Cinderella and Matilda. She wants to thank Derek and Becky for the gopportunity to experience working behind the scenes.
