Becky Lillie Woods
Director
has a Master of Arts in Teaching Music from Lehman College and a BFA in Musical Theatre from Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. Under her direction, RCT has been recognized as one of the nation's top children's theatre companies by American Towns Media and Backstage Magazine. In 2015 Becky was nominated for TONY Awards Excellence in Theater Education Award.

Monique Streety
Choreographer
she/her is very excited to be back at RCT! She recently worked with Montgomery Theatre in Sweet Chartity, The Color Purple at Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival, and The Walnut Street Theater in Beauty and the Beast and Elvis: a music revolution. Monique Studied Dance at The Ailey School.. She would like to thank God and her Family for their love and support.

Josh Sottile
Music Director
a composer and music director from Staten Island, is excited to debut with RCT. A 2016 Wagner College graduate, he directs musicals, accompanies dance classes, and creates original music. His first album, The Brighter Side of Dark, debuted with Wagner’s Dance Concert. This spring, he’ll return as Music Director for Let It Be. All glory to Christ!

Margot Mills
Assistant Choreographer
[They/Them] is a proud RCT alum (RCHS '19). After graduating with their BFA in Musical Theatre, they returned to RCT as a guest artist in the Wizard of Oz (Witch) and have continued to be a PA for the company. Margot is so grateful to be assistant choreographing the Lion King and is very proud of the casts. Congrats!

Julie is pleased to be returning for another season as RCT's production coordinator. It's been a beautiful experience to get to know these young performers and see them grow throughout this experience. Julie is a dog care professional in Riverdale (Play/Paws | letsplaypaws.com) and works as an email marketer for a Healthcare startup.
