Varvara Burakov has participated in plays since she was 5 years old. She did several plays in elementary school and is now playing in “The Giver”. She is very excited to be participating in plays once again after the quarantine finally ended.

Suryaa Kalyan
as Father
Suryaa Kalyan has been interested in acting for many years, but never really got a chance to convey his interest, until now! He is glad to have learned that acting IS all it's cracked up to be, and though it could be stressful at times, he's made memories he'll never forget. He thanks everyone involved, and especially thanks his family, who never stopped believing in him.

Amy Powers (Thursday/Saturday Matinee)
as Mother
Amy Powers was in the Not Just Dance program from 4th to 6th grade and she played one of the 3 blind mice in Shrek the musical. This is Amy's first big role and she is incredibly excited! She thanks Mrs. Pafumi for giving her this opportunity and always believing in her. Special thanks to her sister, Jenny who always encourages her and stands by her side!

Karis Kim is overjoyed to finally be able to perform live. She is so grateful to her friends and family for supporting her. She is also very thankful for the rest of the cast and crew of this show to help make this happen.

Jenny Powers (Thursday/Saturday Matinee)
as Lily
Jenny Powers is very excited to do her first performance, The Giver. She has always wanted to be in a play, so this is her dream come true. This year she has been learning theater with Mrs. Pafumi, and she is now ready to put all she has learned on stage. She thanks her mom and dad for always supporting her in everything she has done.
