    Assistant Director

    Ashton Nickolus Bell has been involved in all aspects of theater for the past 21 years. He directed his first show at 14 years old. Some of his acting credits include Romeo in Romeo and Juliet and Bob Cratchit in A Christmas Carol. He has stage managed plays, concerts, fashion shows, and live recordings. Outside of his work with the theater, he is a Special Education English teacher at Roosevelt High School. He also teaches English in the Alternative Learning Academy. He received his B.S. in Special Education from Dowling College and his M.A. in Education from Brooklyn College. In addition to his full-time duties, he is the Chairman & CEO of the Next Generation Enhancement Programs, Inc, and the Vice-Chairman for the SATB Project, Inc. He has said “Being in the theater, whether on stage or in the director’s chair, brings peace in the chaos of this world. This is the place where love and collaboration reign".   • Martha Pramnieks head shot

    Martha Pramnieks

    Assistant Director

    Ms. M. Pramnieks is the Music Teacher/Choral Director at Washington Rose Elementary School. Ms. Pramnieks earned her B.M. and M.M. degrees in music as a scholarship student at the Juilliard School of Music. In addition to studying piano, organ and voice, she was a member of the prestigious Juilliard singers. Subsequently she pursued her music education studies at Hofstra University. She has performed on radio, television and in concert from North America to Europe. Her love of musical theatre began on stage in elementary school and has continued as music director for many regional productions. Currently Ms. Pramnieks is in her fifth year teaching in the Roosevelt District. At Washington Rose school she created original music productions including- "Chiller Thriller", "Joys of Winter", "Jammin' Jamboree", and "Celebrating Eric Carle". When not working, she enjoys theatre, dancing, gardening, traveling, hot air ballooning, skydiving, and snowboarding.

    Tiffany Techeira

    Assistant Director

    TIffany Techeira hails from Uniondale, NY. She holds a BA in Music Education and a M.S. in School Counseling from CW Post Long Island University. She has been singing since the age of 9 and began directing choirs at 15. She has worked for the Roosevelt Union Free School District for 10 years, and, currently, she is the Music Teacher/Choral Director at Ulysses Byas Elementary School. During her tenure, she has put on outstanding productions such as "Paint the Town December", "Can You Feel It" and "Legends: Gone but Not Forgotten". Ms. Techeira expects nothing but the best from her students, and she will not settle for less. Hard work, dedication, and commitment is her motto. She is a true crusader for her students and the performing arts.
