Director

Dane CT Leasure is the Founding Producing Artistic Director for the Rubber City Shakespeare Company. He has directed a variety of productions including Jacob Marley's Christmas Carol to A Bad Year for Tomatoes. For Rubber City Shakespeare Company he has directed: A Midsummer Night's Dream, Much Ado About Nothing, Taming of the Shrew, and 'Tis Pity She's a Whore. He is an associate member of SDC.
Samantha Ost

Stage Manager

Samantha is thrilled to return to Rubber City Shakespeare for the first time since appearing in their premier production of 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'. Samantha has stage managed in the past at the University of Akron and worked behind the scenes at Weathervane Playhouse. Favorite past productions include 'The Bacchae: 2012,' 'A Flea in Her Ear,' Bug,' A Mouthful of Birds,' and 'Scapin.'
Michele McNeal

Costume Designer

Michele McNeal has worked in a number of production positions for the Yankee Peddler Melodramas, Ingénue Theatre Ensemble, and Weathervane Playhouse. For Rubber City Shakespeare Company Michele has designed costumes for A Midsummer Night's Dream, Twelfth Night, The Importance of Being Earnest, and All’s Well that Ends Well. She assisted with costume construction for 'Tis Pity She's a Whore.
Chris Simmons

Properties Designer

Chris Simmons is a graduate of The University of Akron with degrees in Theatre Arts and Education as well as a Master's Degree in Education. He was very involved in theatre at UA, as both an actor and director, having acted in numerous shows and directed productions of Little Shop of Horrors and Cabaret Company. Chris has served as a properties designer for six different RCSC productions.
Kelly Chaff

Violinist

Kelly Chaff is a College Program Specialist in the College of Education at The University of Akron. As a board member for Rubber City Shakespeare Company she is most often found at the Box Office. She has played the violin since 7th grade. She would like to thank her Dad and Mom for introducing her to the work of music.
