    Stage Manager

    Andrew Wilson, who is the stage manager, is very excited to do his second show with the Scranton Players. He has participated in many shows from different theaters, including Brighton High School, Community Theatre of Howell, and Young People’s Theatre. He prefers to work behind the scenes rather than onstage, and he looks forward to working with this years backstage crew on The Lion King Jr.

    Assistant Vocal Director

    Cora-Melin, who is the assistant vocal director, is psyched to help the kids sing their best! A senior at Brighton High, Cora-Melin is a member of BHS’s Bel Canto and Chamber Choir. She is one of the proud leaders of Chicappella, an all women’s acapella group at BHS. When Cora-Melin is not singing, she is keeping busy as the Vice President of the BHS Executive Board. Thrilled to study vocal performance at college in the fall, Cora-Melin dreams of singing opera at the MET someday. She would like to thank her voice teacher and mom, Sally Mikat, for getting her to where she is today. Enjoy the show!

    Meet Jennifer Evans! Jennifer, Pit Band Director for The Lion King JR, is making her debut with the inaugural Middle School Pit Band!  In addition to her involvement with this musical, Jennifer is also the Director of Bands at Scranton Middle School and a Director of the Brighton High School Marching Band. Jennifer is excited to be sharing this theatrical experience with her 8th grade son, William, who is a member of the cast, and her 7th grade daughter, Madelyn, who is a member of the Pit Band! Jennifer is honored to work with such an amazing cast, crew, and highly talented musicians who put forth 100% each and every day. Jennifer would like to thank her family for their support throughout the production and she sends a special note of thanks to the parents and students of this musical who are incredible to work with!
