This is Caroline's fifth production at Spotlight. She is so excited to take part in this show and it has been an absolute blast so far! Her experience at Spotlight has been incredible. She hopes you enjoy the performance because there are so many talented people who have taken part in this show who have worked so incredibly hard! She feels so blessed to take part in another one of Ms. Angela's outstanding productions!
Karsen Beltzold

as Crutchie/Newsie

Karsen is no stranger to the stage as seen in Mary Poppins Jr, Amelia Earhart, Madagascar Jr, and more. She is a part of the Act 1 Team at Charlotte Christian School and is in the intensive vocal program at ArtsC. When not on stage, she is usually singing non-stop or practicing her dance moves. She also enjoys photography, fashion design, practicing guitar, and listening to her favorite music.
Jenna Morrin

as Katherine/Seitz

Jenna is a kindergarten teacher at Queen’s Grant Community School. She discovered her love for theatre there about 15 years ago. She has been in multiple productions at Spotlight, but this show is her favorite. Jenna would like to thank her family and friends for always supporting her and would like to dedicate her performance to her dad.

Sophie has always loved Newsies ever since she was little and is super thankful for the opportunity to be able to be a part of Spotlight this summer. She is pursuing her AFA at CPCC with hopes to perform professionally in the future. She hopes you enjoy the show! Thank you to her family, friends, and amazing boyfriend for always supporting her.
