Spotlight Players

 Who's Who

  • Carlos Valdes

    as Gomez

Carlos is thrilled to be back with Spotlight Players for a second production, especially one that allows him to proudly share his Latino heritage through Gomez Addams. His most recent work includes playing Kevin Rosario for In the Heights in Chicago, Agent Dollar for Catch Me if You Can, and a role in Rocky Horror Show here in Canton. His full disclosure is in the form of a fairy tale: Once there was a man with a beautiful wife and two beautiful children. Thank you for being my fairy tale.

  • Emily Darling

    as Morticia

Emily is excited to be making her Spotlight Players debut as Morticia Addams! Most recently, Emily played Ulla in The Producers and The Emcee in Cabaret. Off stage, Emily works as a professional esthetician and makeup artist, but most importantly enjoys spending time with her fur babies, Clover and Maeve. Special love sent to Mom, Poppy, Peter and Pinky.

  • Leah Williams

    as Wednesday

As a junior at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, Leah is pursuing a B.A. in Urban and Regional Studies. Her love for the performing arts started from a young age. She participated in her church's worship arts department, which inspired her to pursue acting at the elementary, secondary, and collegiate levels. She is excited about her Spotlight debut! Enjoy the show!

  • Jake Schultz

    as Pugsley

Jake is a 7th grader at West Middle School in Plymouth and is excited to be a part of his first musical at Village Theater at Cherry Hill. When he was 4 years old, he saw his first ever live performance right here at the Village Theater. He fell in love with live theater that day while watching The Wizard of Oz, Jr. The role of Pugsley was on his list of characters that he wanted to portray, and he hopes you enjoy his approach to the character. Previously he played, SpongeBob (SpongeBob the Musical Jr.), The Artful Dodger (Oliver, Jr.), and Zach (School of Rock). Jake is also involved in cross country, plays the electric guitar and the trumpet, and he also takes vocal lessons. He is grateful to be able to learn from all of the talented people involved in this production.
