Lindsay M Warfield
Director
Lindsay M. Warfield is the founding director of the award-winning Steinbrenner High School Theatre Program. Ms. Warfield is a leader in the Educational Theatre Community, serving as the State Chapter Director for Florida Thespians and producing the largest youth theatre festival in the world, bringing some of the top theatre and film artists in the industry to the City of Tampa each year. She is a trained Aesthetic Educator through the Lincoln Center Institute; and a National Arts Advocate. Ms. Warfield has her Master’s in Directing from the Chicago College of Performing Arts, and BA in Theatre Education from Western Michigan University. This year she was awarded the Theatre Educator of the Year Award through the Florida Association for Theatre Education of which she is also a member. To her little ones who only know her as "mommy": "you make every morning beautiful! Thank you for lending me to a show week. Mommy missed this! T&D, I'll be home soon."

Daniel "Chip" Wood
Musical Director
Daniel ”Chip” Wood is currently serving as the Director of Bands for SteinbrennerHigh School. Before the appointment, he has served as a music educator in thePinellas County School System for 25 years having taught music K-12 at East LakeHigh School, Seminole High School, Bauder Elementary, and Seminole MiddleSchool. Daniel Wood is a graduate of the University of Florida, and was an instructor forthe Suncoast Sound, Magic of Orlando, and Boston Crusaders Drum and BugleCorps. He has also been a Pinellas County Schools Teacher of the Year finalistand PCMEA music educator of the year award recipient. Mr. Wood is currentlythe FMBC Education Director and Adjudication Coordinator for Florida and last yearwas the Outback Bowl Events Manager for Brightspark Student Travel. Chip currentlyresides in Seminole, FL, with his lovely wife Kay and their son Connor, who alsoattends Steinbrenner High School.
