  • Kristi Artinian

    Co-Director

has spent her career in the study and practice of the work of William Shakespeare, and is thrilled to be at Suffolk University. Kristi's enthusiasm for Shakespeare began in elementary school and continued at NYU's Tisch School and Stella Adler Studio, and The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. She has worked alongside teachers at Shakespeare's Globe in London developing curriculum and running workshops, as well as a consultant for British company Punchdrunk, to bring their production Sleep No More to NYC. She loves directing and performing Shakespeare's work whenever she can, and spent the pandemic directing a fun version of Henry the 5th as performed by some of the finest actors she knows (including her co-director, Laura) ...and a group of classically trained puppets, available soon at UnraisedSpirits.com. She thanks her production team here at Suffolk, and her cast for their hard work and willingness to dive into the brilliance that is Shakespeare.
