    Rebecca Martell is a proud graduate of Brenau University class of 2015 where she received her BA in Theatre through The Gainesville Theatre Alliance. Becca has always had a passion for the performance arts and feels that the best way to share them with others is through education. She believes that theatre is an art form that that can expose children to new worlds and experiences and teach them valuable lessons about life and humanity. There is no greater gift you can give a child, than to give them a purpose to create, discover, and to love. She has had a wonderful time working with these students on "Tarzan" and would like to thank anyone and everyone who helped to put this show together.

    Abbi Capri is a graduate of the Gainesville Theatre Alliance and Brenau University with a B.A. in Theatre and a B.A. in English. She has experience in various areas of theatre including acting, directing, stage management, house management, costuming and education. She has loved working as technical director for "Tarzan" and seeing this show come alive. She would like to thank everyone involved and hopes you enjoy the show!

  • Mel Fowler head shot

    Mel Fowler

    Music Director

    Mel’s journey with music began at an early age singing with her grandmother and in church. After getting involved in choir and musical theater in high school she decided this was what she wanted to pursue as a career. While attending Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs, GA, she was afforded the opportunity to travel abroad with a gospel choir for missions. Mel received her BA in Vocal Performance and B. of Music education in 2001 and 2003. She taught high school and middle school chorus and drama for several years before taking a different direction with her music. She became a missionary and full time worship leader at the International House of Prayer in Atlanta as well as teaching private voice and piano lessons. Since returning to GA in 2015, Mel has joined the staff at Gwinnett School of Music where she is currently teaching voice and piano to students of all ages.
