Suwanee Performing Arts is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community arts organization, established by Suwanee Academy of the Arts in 2007.

Founded on the principle that "Art is Life", our mission is to enrich our community with performance opportunities in which artists can participate and audiences can enjoy.

Throughout the year we stage productions featuring our performance groups - Suwanee Ballet,  Community Arts Players of Suwanee, The Actor's Company, and Sounds of Suwanee - at various venues in and around Suwanee, most notably our signature summer showcase, Broadway in the Park at Town Center Park.

Broadway in the Park, our most ambitious annual fundraising event, is also our largest community performance event.  Held every summer since 2007 on the last weekend of July, this free-to-the-public production consistently draws around 4000 attendees per show per night!  Suwanee's Town Center Park amphitheater is transformed into a Broadway stage with professional lighting, sound, costumes and sets for the community's top talent to experience local stardom as they play for the masses.  Every year more talented performers are invited to participate in the production - casts have included as many as 100 talented  young actors/singers/dancers.

We exist through TAX DEDUCTIBLE DONATIONS.  Your generous support helps the arts to thrive in our community and enrich the lives of Suwanee residents.  Your donation not only helps Suwanee Performing Arts to provide opportunities for budding artists to perform for an audience, but also affords occasions to enjoy quality performing arts presentations in you own back yard.
