    ​Assaf ​Gleizner

    Band Coordinator

    was born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel. In 2007, Gleizner moved to the United States, where he received a scholarship to earn his BMus in jazz performance at SUNY Purchase. As a sideman, he performed and toured throughout Western New York and Canada, playing and arranging for the award winning singer Cyrille Aimee. As a Musical Director, Assaf worked for NYMF, Yorktown Stage, Fordham University,

  • Keithlyn Parkman

    Lighting Design and Master Electrician

    Teaching Artist, is a Beacon and B'DAT Alumn. She holds a BFA in Lighting Design from Boston University and is a professional stage technician in Boston and New York City. Teaching new lighting ninjas to paint with light is pretty cool.

    Assistant Director and Dramaturg

    Senior is thrilled to be in her fourth BDAT show. She previously stage managed both Coram Boy and Lysistrata Jones. She made her directing debut as AD for Stop Kiss last fall. She performed in the freshman project and is currently in the honors studio. She believes that kindness has no cost.

    Senior, is thrilled working on Carrie, The Musical as the Production Designer. This will mark her seventh show on the B’DAT tech team, having previously worked on the productions of Stop Kiss, Eurydice, Lysistrata Jones, Hairspray, Coram Boy, and Caroline, Or Change. Lucy feels that it shouldn't cost anything to be kind. After all, love is love is love.

    Finally in her second semester of senior year, Jolien is proud to end her lighting career at Beacon with Carrie: The Musical. She started out acting in B’DAT’s Freshmen Project, and will be ending with her biggest show yet. She is grateful for all the opportunities she’s been given and is ecstatic to start school in the fall at Boston University’s College of Fine Arts, studying Lighting Design.
