A Very Special Thank You to Tamara Mand
for your continued dedication and excellence to the school musical. Thank you for tirelessly working in and running our wardrobe shop, managing it, cleaning, organizing, gluing, fixing, and fluffing for hours, days, weeks, and months! We burn daylight together daily, and I am forever indebted and grateful to and for you.
Thank You to Our Alumni Mentors
My dear beloved Davis Alumni,
Thank you to our talented, loving, and giving Davis Academy alumni from high school and college who have spent countless hours at your alma mater rehearsing moves, gluing costumes, making props, and assisting our children. We especially appreciate your willingness to help on show days, filling in where we need you. You have all proven that not only “you can go home again,” but that you can mentor, teach, and inspire young students to love theatre and grow artistically with a solid cultural foundation, as you all did in your days at the Davis Academy and continue to do on stages all across Atlanta.
The survival of theatre relies on the mentoring of one generation to the next- L’Dor V’Dor. Thank you for helping to create a lasting legacy and for helping create the next generation of arts leaders, educators, and performers.
I love you all so much! Come home often; every day spent with you brightens the Davis stage!
Ms. Kendrick
Thank You to Our Volunteers
Thank you to the numerous volunteers, staff, and administrators who have dropped in to help our village!
Thank you so much for all of your help. You have given your free time to ensure our children shine on stage. Whether cutting, sewing, and gluing costumes, writing names on costumes, helping with hair and make-up, or just making sure your children are where they are supposed to be when they are singing and dancing, you happily and eagerly stepped up to the plate. Sit back today and enjoy the show. It wouldn't be as great without you!!
Drew and Kendrick
