Emma Nattrass
Director
Emma (she/they) is so excited for their solo directorial debut! She is a current junior pursuing a BA in theatre. They are currently on the board of directors for University Players, serving as house manager. She has previously co-directed UP’s Love of a Pig, assistant directed the independent project of Jekyll and Hyde, and upcoming is co-directing the IP Little Shop of Horrors. She was also excited to step back into the props design world after UP’s Ride the Cyclone. They would like to extend thanks to the UP Board, the production team, the cast, crew, and her wonderful family and friends.

Morgan Connell
Coreographer
Morgan is thrilled to be making her choreographer debut with UP’s Pippin! She is a senior Theatre major and Dance minor at IU. Previously, Morgan has been seen in Jesus Christ Superstar (Ensemble, Dance Captain), The Laramie Project (Ensemble), Urinetown (Ensemble), Matilda (Lavender, Dance Cpt.), and Cats (Victoria, Dance Cpt.). She is so incredibly grateful to this cast for all of their hard work to bring her choreography to life, and thanful for the dedication of Emma and Chris. Now enjoy the magic!

Christopher Woods
Music Director
Chris, a junior from Chesterton, Indiana, is honored to join University Players for the first time. As part of IU’s Individualized Major Program, he is pursuing a degree in musical theatre composition and songwriting. This production marks his music directing debut, with additional music directing projects already on the way. In addition to this production, he is also writing the music and lyrics to two original musicals, at least one of which is slated to premiere at IU in his senior year. Chris would like to thank the cast and creative team of “Pippin” for making his first University Player’s production a memorable one.
