as Leading Player
Emma Shapiro (Leading Player) is a senior working towards a B.A. in Theatre & Drama. Pippin is her 9th and final production at Indiana University. Her recent credits include: Jesus Christ Superstar (Pilate), Venus in Fur (Vanda Jordan), Fucking A (Hunter 2, Hester U/S), Vox Pop (Troubadour #8), Orlando (Grimsditch/Russian Sea Man) Everybody (Somebody), Chicago (Matron “Mama” Morton), and We Will Rock You (Khashoggi). This is also Emma’s second time costume designing a production. Emma is from Palos Verdes, California. Now “Join us, come and waste and hour or twoDoodle-ee-doo!”

Delaney Rebecca Craig
as Pippin
Delaney is thrilled to return to the studio theatre for Pippin! A sophomore studying Theatre & Drama and Arts Management, she has been acting since she was eight years old. Originally from Munster, Indiana, some of her recent credits include Worker in Hadestown with PlayAct Theatre, Poole in Jekyll and Hyde, 2nd Gentlewoman / U.S. Viola in Twelfth Night, and Ensemble in The Laramie Project at IU. Her gratitude goes out to the incredibly talented cast and crew, and to her family and friends for their endless support, encouragement, and love.

Jared Harris
as Charles
Jared Harris loves all things music and Acting. Though he could spoil the show for you here and now in this bio, he instead chooses mercy. That’s just the kind of stand up guy he is. Humble, too. He genuinely enjoys how goofy the show can get, and he’s had a lot of fun working with the creative team and fellow cast members. He hopes you enjoy the show! (You should ask him to show you his really really cool kazoo trick after the performance. It’s awesome and stuff, it’ll definitely be worth it)
