 CAST BIOGRAPHIES 

Abraham Hunsaker (Mr. John Brooke) is honored to be among such talent for his first show with UNR. Though he a first-year student at UNR he is not a first year performer. He has spent the last few years doing musicals like Guys and Dolls, Beauty and the Beast, and many more. A Musical Theater Major, Abraham is doing what he loves, and he’s grateful for his parents encouraging him to do what he finds his passion in. 

 

Marshall Jones (Mr Laurence) is excited to finally be performing live theater again in UNR’s production of Little Women. Marshall is currently in his last year at UNR, finishing his degrees in theater, dance, and music. In addition to performing, Marshall is the musical director for Wild Horse Stage Company Productions in Carson City and is choreographing for UNR’s Fall Dance Festival this year.  

 

Maddy Regrut (Meg U/S, Beth U/S) is so excited to be a part of Little Women. Some credits include The Spring Dance Concert, The Power of One: Theatre Festival while at UNR, and most recently Annie (Bonnie Boyland) with The Sierra School of Performing Arts. Outside of the world of theatre and dance, she loves to ski and has had the opportunity to be on the UNR club ski team for the past few years. Thank you to her friends and family for the constant love and support.   

 
Alyssa von Eberstein (Amy U/S) is delighted to be a part of her first production with UNR Theatre and Dance. Recent favorite credits include Vintage Hitchcock (Pamela) and Clue (Mrs. Peacock). She would like to thank her friends and family for all of their support, as well as the entire Little Women production team for giving her this opportunity.  

 

Brock Sorenson (Professor Bhaer U/S, Mr. Brooke U/S) is very excited to be a part of this program and have his first show at UNR be Little Women. His theatre credits include Les Miserables, (Jean Valjean), Legally Blonde (Warner Huntington III), Bells Are Ringing (Jeffrey Moss), and more. Brock has a passion for Musical Theatre, enjoys frisbee golf, and spending time with friends and family. Thank you to his loved ones and especially his dad for supporting
him every step of the way and for teaching him to always pursue his dreams.  

 

Dylan Shirey (Laurie U/S, Mr. Lawrence U/S) is elated to be back in live theatre with his first ever production at UNR. Dylan is a Musical Theatre major and has had a long-running passion for performing arts since he was 7 years old. Dylan has performed in multiple areas of the country stemming from California to the Midwest, and is excited to be performing in his home state again.  

 

CREATIVE TEAM BIOGRAPHIES

 

Kasey RT Graham (Director) is exciting to direct Little Women for UNR. Previous credits include On The 20th  Century Broadway Revival (Associate Director), The Phantom of the Opera U.S. Tour (Resident Director), U.S. and Australian tours of Dirty Dancing (Associate Director), Me and My Girl at NY City Center Encores (Associate Director), and regional productions of Into the Woods, Sylvia, Daddy Long Legs, Songs for a New World, The Wizard of Oz, Grease, Wait Until Dark, and Guys and Dolls (Director). He is a proud graduate of Penn State (MFA – Directing). Much love to Ian and Sammy Bowlegs.

 

Eve Allen-Garza (Choreographer) is a Teaching Assistant Professor of Dance. She received her MFA in Ballet from the University of Utah and BS in Business Administration and minor in dance from the University of Nevada, Reno. Past musical credits include choreographer for UNR’s production of The Music Man and assistant choreographer for Sierra School of Performing Art’s Legally Blonde. She is the ballet mistress for A.V.A. Ballet Theatre, most recently performing the role of Carabosse in The Sleeping Beauty.
