We would like to welcome you to Up and Coming Theatre's production of Hair. Established in 1993, our mission was two-fold: First, we wanted to give aspiring proessionals a fair and equitable avenue to showcase their talent and/or enable them to have opportunities for experiences they wouldn't normally get elsewhere. Secondly, we were passionate about producing the highest level of performance with equal regards to singing, dancing, and acting.
Over the years, Up and Coming Theatre has had an overwhelming amount of talented actors and staff members become part of our family. In our production of Hair, UAC alumni and new faces have joined to create our tribe. They work together with passion and dedication to bring you the production you are seeing today, while forming new friendships along the way. Year after year, we are overwhelmed by all the staff and cast who have supported UAC and found their way back to us. We welcome the new members of our family and hope you continue to grow with us. It's a wonderful feeling to know so many people share the same vision UAC was founded on. This group of people has a love for theatre and each other.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Trinity Lutheran Church for their generosity in giving us space in which to rehearse. Thank you for coming tonight. Thank you for supporting us and celebrating another fantastic year of theater. Now sit back and enjoy the show!
