David Brown

as Karl Stossel (age 9)

David has loved this production since the first time we did it in 2015 and is thrilled to be performing the role of Young Karl this year! He is 10 years old and in addition to singing, plays bass, piano and drums. He also loves science! David would like to thank the cast and crew and his family for their support! Enjoy the show!
Jim Oberg

as Gustav Stossel

James Oberg has performed with a number of area theatres over the past decade. Favorite productions include roles in "Harvey" as Elwood P. Dowd, separate productions of "Run For Your Wife" as both John Smith and Stanley Gardner, and "Little Shop of Horrors" as Mr. Mushnik. He wishes all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Sarafina Monteleone

as Alma Stossel

Sarafina is thrilled to be playing the role of Alma in The Christmas Schooner. She was last seen as Lenora in Cry Baby the Musical at Vero Voce, and Olive Ostrovsky in The 25 th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. She would like to thank her wonderful fiancé, Tim who she is so lucky to be sharing the stage with this time around, as well as her amazing mom, family and friends. Enjoy!
Tim Lieske

as Peter Stossel

Tim is really excited to bring you the role of Peter in The Christmas Schooner. This is his Vero Voce debut but he has been seen in various roles all throughout the suburbs of Chicago. He also spent a number of years writing and performing comedy with the traveling sketch group Troupe Strozzi. He is happy to sink his teeth into this serious and touching role and play alongside his fiancé.
Kevin Wilson

as Rudy/Storyteller

Kevin is a new face to Vero Voce and an active member of The Theater of Western Springs. Kevin has recently been in productions of Radium Girls and Shakespeare in Hollywood. Kevin is also a graduate of The Second City Improv and a former gondolier at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. This is Kevin's first production at Vero Voce and is ecstatic to be working with such a talented cast and crew.
