Kiera LeRoy (12th)

as Maria Rainer (Whiskers)

Kiera is excited to be playing Maria! Past performances include Adella (The Little Mermaid), Taylor Mckessie (High School Musical), Emily/Jane (Love Sick), and Lady Macduff/Hecate (Macbeth). She is dedicating this show to her Grandfather Ollie Deegan who died last year and was a SOM fan. She wants to thank her family and friends for helping her pursue her dream role.
Morgan Kazel (11th)

as Maria Rainer (Kittens)

Morgan is Maria in her 4th show at WHS. Past roles at WHS include Gabriella (High School Musical), Lady Macbeth (Macbeth). Roles elsewhere include Skyler (Bring it On -RCT) Thanks to Mr. Ansley for this opportunity & Ansley & Williams for guidance. She thanks friends & family for their support and to her sister, who read lines & listened to the soundtrack with her 24/7.
Rayan O'ghabian (12th)

as Captain Georg von Trapp (Whiskers)

Rayan's past WHS productions include (Macbeth, High School Musical). Rayan enjoys theatre because it feels like a place to explore the extent of his own personality and truly be himself. Rayan has experience in playing the piano, violin, and the guitar and loves to play in his free time. He hopes you enjoy watching him bring is best to this lead role.
Irwin Yambot (11th)

as Captain Georg von Trapp (Kittens)

Irwin is playing Captain Von Trapp. This is his first theater production at Whitney High and his first since 4th grade, where he was in the musical Aladdin. He would like to thank Mr. Ansley and his fellow actors for supporting him in this wonderful production. Irwin is especially excited for his solos.
Georgina Torres (12th)

as Liesl von Trapp (Whiskers)

Georgina is thrilled to be part of The Sound of Music! Past favorites include: Alice in Wonderland (Dormouse, WHS), West Side Story (Estella, RCT), Grease (Rizzo, The Stage Downtown), Urinetown (Mrs. Millenium, RTAA). Working on this show has been special, and such a unique & fun experience. She thanks her family and Mr. Ansley, for endless support these past 4 years.
