Welcome to Wilton Children’s Theater’s winter production of Guys and Dolls Jr.! For nearly 50 years, WCT has been dedicated to building community through theater. Our performers develop acting skills, stage presence, and self-confidence while forming meaningful friendships across grade levels in an inclusive and creative environment.

Over the past ten weeks of rehearsal, it has been a joy to watch this cast grow into a true family while bringing this classic musical to life. We began with 44 talented performers and when the curtain rises, you will see a stage full of stars. That’s the magic of musical theater!

We are deeply grateful to our devoted, creative, and professional staff—Skip Ploss, Barbara Speare, and Debra MacDonald—whose talent and dedication ensure that every cast member has the opportunity to shine.

Our sincere thanks also go to our remarkable producers, Casie Reilly, Laura Spillane, and Melissa Coppola. Their countless hours, attention to detail, and leadership helped foster a strong sense of community among our performers and ensured that each performance is seamless from start to finish.

We extend our appreciation to the 20 volunteer members of our Board of Directors who work tirelessly to bring four high-quality theatrical productions to the children and families of Wilton each year. A special thank you to Kaylie Pham, Eric Helgesen, Stephanie Decker, Ivelina Buyuklieva, Alissa Helgesen, and Eunice Kang for their extraordinary work on promotion, sets, costumes, and so much more.

This production would not be possible without the incredible support of our theater community. Thank you to our cast parents who painted, sewed, built, applied makeup, chaperoned, curled hair, decorated, managed intermission tables, and stepped in wherever needed to bring this show to life. We are also grateful to our high school interns, who generously give their time each week despite busy academic and extracurricular schedules. Your professionalism, dedication, and commitment inspire our younger performers.

Finally, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our generous patrons for your continued support of Wilton Children’s Theater. Your contributions, recognized in this program, enable us to provide vital scholarships each year and ensure that theater remains accessible to all.
