Hey Tori, best of luck with the show. It's a crying shame that in the 21st century violence against women is still an issue. So it's great that groups like yours are raising money to help women affected by it. All the best with this and any other performing opportunities that come your way. Lots of love from your cousin Natalie, London, England xx
The Beckham Boys hope that you have a great time tonight Lindsay.
VRAH
Veterans Resource and Assistance for Her, aka, VRAH was created by founder Angela Sanna, began as a means to mentor fellow women veterans with all aspects of transition and post-trauma as they re-entered civilian life from military service. Ms. Sanna, a female combat veteran herself, understood first hand all the trials and issues of transitioning out of post military experiences bck into civilian life. It was through her research and her collaborations with Bishop Human Trafficking that rekindled her passion for searching for solutions to sex trafficking.
Through VRAH’s success in serving women veterans, and Ms. Sanna’s desire to mentor victims of sex trafficking, the organization has since branched out to assist young girls and women rescued out of sex trafficking. Today, VRAH is a unique organization that also serves as a solution focused aftercare for sex trafficking victims through mentorship and leadership by using a trauma-to-trauma approach in matching women veterans with victims while helping to train the social workers (and victims’ family members) on how to better understand the victims’ transition while mentoring the victim through their own transition back into civilian life, post-trauma.
