Caleb Hawks (Student)
Trombone 2
Caleb Hawks has been playing trombone for five years and currently studies with Mr. Charles Jones of Garrett Music Academy. A high school sophomore, he is homeschooled and lives in Huntingtown, Maryland. A veteran of the Southern Maryland Youth Orchestra and Choir, he is excited to be playing in his first musical.

Aaron Meitz
Trumpet 1
Aaron Meitz is currently a general music teacher at Dranesville Elementary School in Herndon, Virginia. Aaron is a member of the Herndon Regional Winds and works with the South Lakes High School’s band program. Aaron attended Florida State University and graduated with a degree in Instrumental Music Education. While at FSU, he was a member of the World-renowned Marching Chiefs and was the head drum major in his final season. As a musician, he has appeared in musicals such as Beauty and the Beast, The Wiz, and the Sound of Music and was the conductor for South Lakes High School's production of Crazy For You. Prior to his current position, Aaron worked as the director of bands at Ridge Community High School in Davenport, Florida, where he led various concert bands, jazz band, and the Silver Regiment Marching Band. Aaron currently lives in Fairfax, Virginia with his wife Samantha and his cat Rudy.

Dan Romagno
Trumpet 2
Dan Romagno is an active musician and music educator in the Southern Maryland Area. He has performed with many small ensembles, community and professional theater pit orchestras, and community bands in both Maryland and Pennsylvania. From 2014- 2021 Dan was the Director of Instrumental Music at Thomas Stone High School in Charles County, Maryland and is currently the Director of Bands at Patuxent High School in Calvert County.
