Courtney Boches

Director

Courtney Boches is a freelance director, writer, and costume designer with a Masters in Theatre from Villanova University. She has directed 30+ musicals and plays with young actors and is currently the costume shop manager at Wolf Performing Arts Center. Favorite roles include Annie Oakley (Annie Get Your Gun), Margaret Leavitt (Silent Sky), and Amelia Vane (Dorian Gray, Off-Broadway, NY Musical Festival). www.courtneyboches.com.
Caitlyn Colgan

Assistant Director

Caitlyn works as the Preschool teacher at a KinderCare Learning Center and the choreographer for Spring Ford High School's spring musical. She has been part of the mainstage productions including choreographer, assistant director, and actor. She made her NYC debut as the choreographer for the award winning premiere of Dorian Gray: The Musical for the NY Musical Festival.
Brandon Carcella

Technical Director/Production Designer

Brandon is a graduate of DeSales University where he received a B.A. in theatre with a concentration in Design and Technology. He was the Technical Director and Head of Production for Firebird Theatre’s 2019 season which included the award-winning production of Big Fish. He currently serves as the Head of Production, and Interim Vice President for Firebird Theatre.
Sean Homa

Camera Operator/Editor

Sean is a senior at Kutztown University studying Cinema, Television, and Media Productions with a minor in Photography. After college, he hopes to become a cinematographer on movie sets. This summer Sean is juggling many hats as the lone filmmaker, photographer, and still audio engineer, and he is really enjoying working with one of the best PA's in the business. PA Steve!
Julie Kruk

Hair & Make-Up Designer/Facilities Coordinator

Julie is best known for her specialty make-up, hair and wig and headpiece making skills, but this season she is also leading our Design Team and designing and decorating our sets and scenery. When Julie isn't creating magic back stage at Firebird, she is a teacher at Springhouse Education and the Director of Makeup and Special FX at Pennhurst Asylum.
