Alexcina Brown is a print model and actress. The Macon, GA native started her journey in modeling in Atlanta, GA. She's graced the pages of print/digital publications for fashion, lifestyle, health & beauty editorials. Alexcina has appeared in web series, mini series, indie film and theater. She made her New York stage debut at the NY SummerFest 2018 starring as Winsome in Precious Metals: Beauty in Brokenness (GoodLight Productions). Recent work includes a role in comedy short, Hustle (Just SISU Films), and The Universal Language (Cabrooks Films). See her next in the upcoming  indie film, Blackout (Paradox Film Co.), as Detective Ann Jackson. Alexcina Brown is the founder/editor-in-chief of BRASH! Magazine and a published author, writing under the moniker The Blakk Dahlia; releasing the book series the Heartbreak Diaries.

Aisha Cook

as Saratoga/Midwife/Aunt Boo

Aisha Cook, a graduate of Wesleyan University with a BA in Psychology, and Manhattanville College with an MA in Teaching, debuts in her role as Saratoga/Midwife.  Aisha has been an elementary school teacher since 1997.  She currently teaches 4th grade in a public school in New Rochelle, NY, where she resides with her 2 daughters.  Aisha has been heavily involved in the STAGE Drama ministry at New York Covenant Church, where she has performed monologues, skits and longer pieces with messages of hope, perseverance and social justice. She is a praise dancer with the Perpetual Praise Dance ministry,  a Vice President of her local teachers' union and Executive Vice President of the New Rochelle NAACP.  While this is Aisha's debut performance outside her church, she has a starring role at the head of her classroom each day!
