Shane Tierney
Director
Shane is incredibly excited to be bringing 'Rent' to the stage. Past directing credits include Bye, Bye Birdie and Proof. Shane's acting roles include Scrooge in Joliet Junior College's production of A Christmas Carol. Shane won 2011 Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Arabian Nights at JJC. Shane thanks his cast, his staff and of course, his fiancee for all their support. "Allons-y!"

Stephen Cannon's previous JDG credits: 2013 Madrigal Dinner (music director). Other credits: 25th Ann'l Putnam Co Spelling Bee (Leaf/Carl), JCS (Annas),Songs for a New World (Man 1). Elizabeth Kelch
Music Director
Elizabeth Kelch is extremely proud to be a part of the production staff for RENT. This is her second season with the Joliet Drama Guild. Elizabeth lives in Joliet with her husband and two wonderful children. She teaches band, choir, and general music at Rockdale School. Elizabeth would like to thank her family for their love and support.

Lori Bowen
Choreographer
RENT is Lori's 4th summer show with JDG. Her dancers have also performed in JDG's annual Madrigal dinner. Lori is the co-owner and director of La Danse Academie, which is celebrating their 45th anniversary in the fall. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Chicago National Association of Dance Masters.

Beth Darin
Producer
Beth is thrilled to be a first time producer on this production of RENT. Beth has previously been seen onstage with the Joliet Drama Guild as Rita in Lucky Stiff and Juror 12 in Twelve Angry Jurors. Many thanks to both her boys for giving up time with her so she could be a part of this show, and especially thank you to Shane for trusting her to help him realize his vision of RENT.
