Michael Port
as Man In Chair & Adolpho
Mikey Port is an 11th-grade student here at Miami Country Day. Mikey is passionate about acting, comedy, and the performing arts and would like to pursue a career in these fields when he is older. This is Mikey’s sixth upper school production and his fifth as an upper school student. He is very excited to be performing in The Drowsy Chaperone and is looking forward to bringing his two characters, Man in Chair and Aldolpho, to life on the stage. Lastly, Mikey would like to thank his mom, dad, brothers, and Mrs. Pla-Guzman for believing in him and supporting him every step of the way.

as Janet Van De Graaff
Gabriela Abramowitz is a Senior at Miami Country Day School. This is her fifth show at MCDS, but she has been in 12 other shows. She can’t wait to bring the character, Janet, to life on the big screen! She would like to thank Ms. Pla and her family for making all of this possible!

as The Drowsy Chaperone
Nina, a Junior at Miami Country Day School, is so excited to perform in her 5th show as the Drowsy Chaperone in The Drowsy Chaperone. This will be Nina’s first time bringing a school musical to the big screen and she can not wait for the end result! She is so grateful that her Junior year will still have some sense of normalcy since she will get to perform and be on stage once again with all her friends.

Pedro Silva

Pedro Silva is a Sophomore at Miami Country Day School. This is his second year in the Upper School Drama Program and his first musical in the Upper School. Pedro would like to thank his parents for their encouragement, his fellow cast for their cooperation, and Ms. Pla-Guzman for her dedication and drive to make sure the drama students have a musical this year.
