On Behalf of the Nazarene Center Board, I would like to thank you for your kindness and generosity for taking part in this venture by supporting this fundraiser event for camp Nazarene. We hope you enjoy this experience as much as we have in putting this production together. I would like to take this time to thank the Director, Stage Manager, Cast members, Design, Decorating Staff, Culinary Staff, Financial staff, Marketing Agent, Servers, and all the volunteers for their hard work in making this event a success. A NOTE FROM THE DIRECTOR
What a great three months this has been! I am so blessed and honored to be a part of this production! 19 years ago, I sat in the congregation in the Old church building watching the men of Nazarene put on this production. Never would I have imagined that I would have the opportunity to be a part of this performance, let alone direct it. Thank you Mr. Lonnie for trusting me and giving me a chance to do what I love!
A truly successful production however, involves more than what is presented on stage. It should not only be an artistic learning experience, but a personal one as well. I am so proud of the mutual respect, cooperation, the level of committement, and the teamwork that has been demonstrated by everyone involved. These men have put their egos aside and discovered that whether they had one line or forty, that everyone shares equally in the pride and success of an accomplishment!
To my cast...Y'all are awesome! I am so glad that each of our relationships grew stronger during this process. Thank you for RESPECTING ME, and TRUSTING the creative process!
Mr. Charles- You grew so much during this process. Great job! Welcome to our church family and thanks for your continued dedication!
Mike- The maturity that you brought to your character was awesome! Great job!
Steve- I am proud of you my love for taking direction from your wife...I know that isn't easy! haha! Thanks for trusting me. Awesome job Bishop!
