 Who's Who 

Nancy Abode, Annie, eagerly anticipates the upcoming Chicago production alongside her fellow merry murderesses. The cast, crew, and pit have dedicated themselves to creating an unforgettable show. Having previously starred in The Lion King Jr. and Alice in Wonderland Jr.  at Vernon, Nancy's debut high school production was Bye Bye Birdie last year, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Apart from theater, Nancy enjoys playing field hockey on the field.

 

Franchesca Alejo, Velma Kelly, is thrilled to be apart of this year's production of Chicago. As a senior, this is her final show at Oyster Bay High School. She has previously been in Songs for a New World, Pippin (Leading Player), and Bye Bye Birdie (Ursula Merkle). Franchesca plays french horn in the Wind Ensemble and Jazz Ensemble, and has been the president of the Tri-M Music Honor Society for 2 years. She also represented Oyster Bay High School in the Division 5 All County Symphony Orchestra in January. She hopes you all enjoy the show!

 

Riley Baehr, Flute, is thrilled to be playing in this year's production of Chicago. This is her first year performing with the Pit Band. She also plays flute for the school's Wind Ensemble and is excited to see what comes her way in the coming years!


Landon Baugh, Trombone, is happy to be a part of the Pit Band for Oyster Bay High School. Landon was also in last year's Pit Band for Bye Bye Birdie. One of Landon's favorite parts of the Pit Band is getting to perform fun and challenging music. Landon also plays in the Wind Ensemble, has been a part of the Nassau County band twice, and performs in NYSSMA every year. Landon thanks you for coming and hopes you enjoy the show!

 

Mosie Bradley, Fred Casely, is so excited to be in Chicago. Mosie has been in: Pippin; Bye Bye Birdie; and Peter and the Starcatcher in his time at Oyster Bay High School, and also participates in Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, and Chamber Singers. He is so happy to be surrounded by such an amazing cast and crew and can’t wait to perform. 

 

Amelia Broege, Baymen Backstage, is excited for this schools production of Chicago. This is her first time working on a musical for Oyster Bay High School. Outside of the show, Amelia plays the flute for the Middle Level Band. She is very excited for the show and cant wait to help out in future productions during her time in this school.

 

Sarah Byrne, Clarinet, is excited to be playing clarinet in the Pit Band for this year’s production of Chicago. When not rehearsing with the band, you can find Sarah playing soccer and lacrosse. Along with Pit Band, Sarah plays the clarinet in Wind Ensemble and Jazz Band. She is also a part of the Tri-M Music Honor Society. Sarah will be continuing her academic career studying psychology at The Ohio State University this fall. Sarah would like to thank everyone involved in this production, and everyone who is coming to share their support! She is very excited about what Oyster Bay has in store for future productions!

 

Madison Cali, Company, is really excited to do her first musical of Chicago at Oyster Bay High School. She loves acting and singing. She has been in Vernon's musicals such as:  Moana Jr. (Hei Hei); Madagascar Jr. (Fossa Leader); and Annie Jr. (Sandy). When Madison is not in the cast, she participates in Baymen Backstage, she loves sports and is excited to start her Oyster Bay High School career.  

 

Camryn Corey, Third Reporter/Ensemble Member 3, is looking forward to the awaited production of Chicago. In this same year, Camryn has participated in the production of Peter and the Starcatcher, and in years prior she has been a part of Annie Jr and Shrek The Musical Jr. during her time at James H. Vernon. Besides her love for all things theater, Camryn also enjoys drawing and writing in her free time. Camryn would like to thank her directors and all cast members that made this show come to life and plans to be involved in many future productions!!
