    as Penny Patterson, the new fourth grade teacher

    This is Mindy's first show at Riverfront Playhouse and she is thrilled to be a part of this production!  Mindy graduated from Northwestern University and attended graduate school at both New York University and NIU.  She was most recently seen as Mrs. Wormwood in Matilda at Stageworks and Mildred in Murdered To Death at Wheaton Drama.  Some of her favorite roles include:  Ripcord (Marilyn), Ruthless (Eve), and Steel Magnolias (Truvy), Wait Until Dark (Susy Hendrix), We Won’t Pay! We Won’t Pay (Antonia) and Tales from the Vienna Woods (Baroness).  Mindy is currently working with NY's IN Studios Project Development and Casting on a variety of screenplay and series development projects, and can be seen virtually in upcoming streamed productions of Little Shop of Horrors, The Birthday Anthology, and The Cemetery Club later this winter and spring.

    Brad is thrilled to be making his Riverfront Playhouse debut as Clarence in Minus Some Buttons. The show is a ton of fun, has a terrific cast, and he is looking forward to actual performances in 2021! Brad has been on stage recently with Stageworks as Orin the Dentist in Little Shop of Horrors, with Stage Coach Players in A Christmas Chaos and with Indian Valley Theatre as Johnnie Brown in The Unsinkable Molly Brown and as Gunner (and Trigger) in Don’t Hug Me and Don’t Hug Me County Fair. Brad has also directed The Mousetrap at SCP as well as Fools and A Mostly Minnesota Christmas for IVT. Brad wants to thank his two sons and his friends for their support of his theatre passion.

    as Richard Wingfield, fourth grade teacher

    Faiz Siddique is an actor from Elgin who plays Richard Wingfield a drill sergeant turned fourth grade teacher. This is Faiz’s first play at the Riverfront playhouse and he couldn’t feel more blessed to be apart of such a talented and dedicated group of theatre makers.
