Henry Willis

Sound Operator

Henry Willis, who operates the music and sound effects for the musical, is extremely exited to be participating in this year's production. Henry attends Rugby Middle School and is in the 8th grade. His favorite subjects are Math and Social Studies. This is his first year in a school musical. He also loves playing the trumpet, and has been in band since the 6th grade. He thanks his old teacher, Mrs. Rigg for telling him about the position, and his family for encouraging him.

Autumn Johnson

This is Natalie's first Rugby Musical. She is excited to be playing a big kid in Matilda. Natalie loves playing the clarinet and the piano, Natalie also enjoys Gymnastics and playing Soccer. Natalie lives in Mills River with her family and is a sixth grader at Rugby Middle School. Natalie would like to thank her sister Layla for helping her practice and Ms. Fender for putting on an amazing show!

Ellie Lee

Ellie Lee is 11 years old and works backstage for Matilda this is her first time participating in any backstage work and is presently working on playing the flute and participating in Battle of the Books.

Payton Parks

Payton Parks is a member of the backstage crew and is very happy to be a part of this musical. She was a lemur in Madagascar two years ago. She is in 8th grade and lives in Hendersonville. she is a runner and a dancer, she loves to be involved in all kinds of school activities. she attends Rugby middle school and is in the national junior honor society.
