NOTES FROM THE DIRECTOR

It's as easy as A-B-C, right? "So simple," as Schwarzy would say! While (hopefully) the end product looks effortless, tihis deceptively simple show has certainly been an undertaking. I'm so proud of each and every student involved in this production and cannot wait for you all in the audience to see them triumph. How exciting!

From singing through masks, rehearsing outside, switching locations, working with ad-libs, and putting up with me, these students have dealt with a lot. And they've handled it all like pros! They are truly already winners.

Thank you, cast and crew, for all your hard work, dedication, PATIENCE, energy, and love you've shown throughout the process. You all rock and I'm beyond grateful to have spent all these crazy moments with you. And remember, trust in yourselves, each other, and in the process!

Thank you to the families who've lent us your students and their time to put this all together. The support at home means so much not only to them but to me as well. I hope through the show they've not only learned to spell words like syzygy but to really live those words - things have a magical way of aligning, I promise.

Thank you to the audience, whether family or not, for supporting these performers, our program, and the arts in general. We are so grateful to have this opportunity to share this delightful little show with you. Hope you catch that bee!

And now for my favorite moment - places, please, and on with the show!
