is a sophomore at Sewanhaka High School. She has starred in "The Odd Couple", "The Phantom of the Opera", "Brigadoon", and has now returned to be the Gym Teacher in Hairspray! is in 8thgrade and this is her 2ndmusical , her first musical in Sewanhaka was the production of Brigadoon. Vita is proud to have made new friends and have new experiences. Hi There. I'm Kernyse Benito Jones and I play the role of Little Inez.I was originally born in Trinidad and moved to America at age 4. I just recently became a U.S. citizen. It took some convincing from my family but I tried out and landed the role of Little Inez. Enjoy the show!

Christianne Binondo
as Penny Pingleton
is a senior and this is her first musical. She is ecstatic to be playing the role of Penny. Though this is her first time being on the stage, she was one of the violinists for the school’s productions of The Phantom of the Opera and Brigadoon. Outside of the show, Christianne is a member of many other music groups such as the Senior High Orchestra, All District Orchestra, Chamber Ensemble, and Tri-M Honor Society. With her love and passion for performing, she is hoping to pursue music in the future. She would like to thank the cast for such an amazing and unforgettable experience. Furthermore, she would love to thank her parents for encouraging her, as well as the friends who supported her and pushed her to audition for this show.
