Lisa Cane
Creative Director/Owner
Lisa Nicole Cane brings years of experience to Musical Production and Creation. She has directed over 30 musical productions, and choreographed over 200 dances. She began her career in musical production in 2000, co-founding Teens for Charitable Causes and directing, performing, script writing, and leading musical production for the group. Lisa is also an accomplished performer, recording artist, and songwriter. She has performed with and for many dignataries. She has been featured on Maybelline Make-ups website and her albums, Uncertain Dreams and Merry Christmas with Love, are available worldwide on i-Tunes. Merry Christmas with Love was considered for a 2015 GRAMMY nomination. She is a BMI songwriter and music publisher, 20-year member of NARAS (Grammy.com) who has risen to the level of voting member. Lisa was elected to the Pinellas County School Board in 2018.

Sandy Faulkner
Executive Director/Owner
Sandy is the Executive Director, co-founder and co-owner of Tampa Bay Performing Arts Academy. She has directed TBPAA’s Seussical KIDS, Cinderella KIDS and Jungle Book KIDS, and was Assistant Director for TBPAA’s Beauty & The Beast JR, Seuessical JR, Sleeping Beauty KIDS, Willy Wonka KIDS, and The Sound of Music. She has been the Executive Producer and Music Manager for Nicola Productions Inc and White Garden Records. Sandy is also active her community. She has served as a 4-year gubernatorial appointee to the Pinellas Juvenile Welfare Board and is a currently an appointee to the Palm Harbor Community Service Agency.

Kim Walker
Administrator
Kim is the Administrator of TBPAA and officially joined our staff in 2016, but has been involved since the beginning serving as one of the founding board members. She manages the front office and provides administrative support, and adds floral elements to our stages. She has been an audition judge, a wardrobe coordinator, & a stage hand. Kim is the Director of Client Relations at a local law firm.
