Weston Friendly Society not only produces high quality musical theater featuring local talent but also strives to support the greater community in many other ways including bringing attention to worthy local charities.  

Some of our past charities we have raised funds and awareness for include:

The Lauren Dunne Astley Memorial Fund promoting healthy teen relationships, the arts, and community service.  

Hope and Comfort works with distribution partners to distribute essential toiletries to children and adults in Greater Boston.  Their vision is that one day everyone living in the US will have access to essential hygiene products to feel clean, confident, and healthy.

Make A Wish creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.

The Pajama Program provides pajamas and books to children in the foster care system. Their goal is to create a good night time ritual and a good nights sleep for every child

We also continue the long standing tradition of funding the Weston Friendly Society Drama Awards which are given to two graduating seniors at Weston High School. Congratulations to last years recipients Casey Friedman and Mimi Gotbetter!!
