Sonja Usher
as Henrietta Leavitt
Sonja is thrilled and starry-eyed to return to the WRT stage since starring in Lend Me a Tenor in 2019. She has been working around Washington in various capacities as an actress, singer, and teacher for young actors. When not telling stories, she travels state-wide singing at retirement, independent, assisted-living and memory care communities. Sonja also spends time as an assistant director and mentoring young actors at Bothell High School and Studio East. She received her degree in Theatre Performance at Northern Arizona University in 2018. Past credits include Story Book Theater, The Foreigner (As-If Theatre Company), and most recently, A Very Diehard Christmas (The Habit Productions/Seattle Public Theatre). It is a dream come true to bring Henrietta Leavitt’s story to life and she would like to dedicate her performance to her family, friends, and many, MANY loved ones along the way who have always encouraged her to shoot for the stars. Her heart is full!

Sydney Kaser
as Margaret Leavitt
Sydney is delighted to make her Woodinville Repertory Theatre debut in this beautiful story. She has had the privilege of performing with several local companies, including Pony World Theatre, SecondStory Repertory, The 14/48 Projects, and Edmonds Driftwood Players. Credits include Kayla (Hotdish), Titania (A Midsummer Night’s Dream), Emily Hobbs (Elf: The Musical), and Elizabeth Bennet (Pride & Prejudice: a new musical). In her free time, she enjoys living her best childless cat lady life knitting or embroidering while watching old BBC mysteries or reading about the Death Positive Movement and the history of forensics and medicine. By day, she works in healthcare research administration.

Glen Hodges
as Peter Shaw
Glen is thrilled to be making his Woodinville Repertory Theatre debut. Glen holds a BA in Theatre from Western Washington University and is a proud co-founder of Northwest Original Works Theatre. Some of his favorite on stage credits include Ted in Peter and the Starcatcher, Marius in Les Misérables, and Ernst in Cabaret. When not on stage, Glen is also a teaching artist, which has become one of his most enjoyable endeavors. Love to Mom, Dad, Kaitlyn, and his two cats Fuji and Graniwinkle.
