Goose Dunn ~ Percussion
Goose has participated in many aspects of the music program at Le Roy. She has been involved in all levels of concert bands available to her. Goose also has been a part of jazz band, field band, parade and pit orchestra. She has been a member of the music council for three years and holds the position of president currently.
She has immersed herself in many school activities, including but not limited to, Student council vice president, yearbook committee, Le Roy Rotary Interact, math team, peer counseling, and National Honor Society vice president.
Her sports have been track and field, basketball, soccer where she earned player of the year in her division. She has also took part in Unified Bowling.
Goose’s future plans are to attend college and pursue a career in early childhood education. She would like to thank her directors for all the support they have given her throughout her years to help shape who she is today.
Erin Overacker ~ Costuming
Erin first participated in her sixth grade musical, Madagascar: A Musical Adventure Jr., under the direction of Ms. Dechant and Ms. Pcionek. After doing the cast for Once on this Island, she switched to costuming for Into the Woods, where she has stayed ever since! Erin is extremely excited to be participating in Chicago for her senior year! Erin is grateful for her family’s never ending support and also wants to thank the friends she has made through Le Roy’s music program for always being her rock through everything. Erin would also like to say thank you to Mrs. Platek for being her musical “mom.” Finally, Erin would like to thank the instructors, Mrs. McLean, Mr. Kusmierczak, Mr. Fisher, Ms. Dotts, and Ms. Pcionek, for always believing in her and giving her the opportunity to be a part of Le Roy’s musicals for the past seven years.
